Not yet, but more signs of those green shoots today with the news that investment banks are returning to profit and paying big bonuses again. The quicker city bankers start buying booze, strippers, fast cars and real estate, the quicker we return to growth.
And for all those whinging lefties, remember bank profits mean hundreds of millions in tax for the government and those pet projects. Everyone's a winner!

Not for this leftie.
The investment banks are returning to profitability thanks to a regulatory system instituted to protect banking and bankers.
Their money going into state coffers helps sustain the state which gave them the privilege in the first place, its a mutually beneficial agreement.
All the while the ordinary person gets shafted...
Lets have a freed market in all areas of the economy (including government) and subject the bankers to real competition.
